When will I receive my order?

Depending of the destination of the country the delivery can be 1-2 working days for Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. For the other countries the delivery will be around 2-3 working days. You will receive a track-and-trace code by email from us and the carrier, whereby you can follow up your order

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email from us. Your tracking code can be found in this shipping email.
This is a unique shipping code of your order, which indicates the status of your shipment. The package can only be tracked if you opted for a shipment via Home Delivery or Parcelshop. Our package carrier will also inform you one day before shipment, on which day and between which times you can receive your package. You can also propose a more suitable time via this email.

What if I am not at home, when the delivery takes place

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will deliver your package to a nearest Parcelshop. It is also possible that your package will be handed over to your neighbour. In both scenarios you will receive a note in the mailbox where you can pick up your package.

My order has arrived in the Parcelshop. What should I take with me?

You will receive an email from us when your order has arrived in your chosen Parcelshop. To be sure, also take a printout of your order with you when you pick up your package
